Who is responsible?

If you use the enquiry form, it asks for your name, email address, project location, service and project details. Phone number is optional. Email and WhatsApp conversations may also contain information you choose to share.
How is it used?
Your details are used to review and respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to discuss the work. They are not used for marketing unless you separately ask to receive it.
Who receives the information?
Website enquiries are sent using Altitude Mail and delivered to Gavin at Altitude Digital Solutions, who helps Nufit Interiors manage website enquiries. Your enquiry may be shared with Billy so he can respond and discuss your project. Email and WhatsApp conversations are handled by the services you use to contact Billy. Each service may process information under its own privacy terms.
How long is it kept?
Billy keeps enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting work and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or raise a concern about how it is used. Contact Billy by email using the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
